Chicks must really dig astronauts, because it says here that astronauts get all the tang they want.

Flipped on That 70's Show this afternoon and there was a tang referrence. Beautiful.

Found out today that I may be doing research with the Department of Emergency Medicine here at UAB next summer. Will be nice to have on the resume, will hopefully pay money, and will probably get me back on an ambulance, so very cool. Would be nice to do something, but have leisure time to just enjoy being back in the 'Ham.

Anyone have and pre- or post-Brett's Bellbottom Boogie plans? Is AU televised? If so, peeps are welcome to watch it at my place. If you sit really close to a 19" TV it's like watching a...19" TV really close. Any thoughts?

AU-ARK NOT televised because Arkansas AD is an ass and didn't let them do pay per view and ESPN thinks Georgia-Vandy is a more intriguing match up

YOU get to listen to the radio.

No AU network affiliates down here so if I want to hear the game, I have to shell out $7.00 now because this year the AU network is CHARGING to listen to the game when it used to be free.

Fuck THAT. Where's the love AU? It's not NOLA's fault the Sugar Bowl wasn't the Orange Bowl. At least it shouldn't be too exciting of a game, right?

I must warn you that my attention span for non AU football is pretty short. I WILL spend 45 minutes talking about the players' high-tech sweatbands before moving on to critique their ass padding.

Oh, and me and the boyz are doing something fun after. It might involve drag queens, or it might not.

(I bet the drag queens will make Paige want to come.)

I think it's because they tend to look silly. I've had to play a dude in plays before and I just looked ridiculous and fooled no one.

you act as if i won't find a way to listen to the game so i won't miss my first auburn game in damn near 7 years (i don't count the LSU game last year when we were in austin cause i taped it and watched it when i got back).

Had heard about the Arkansas hoopla, but didn't realize that was this weekend. Maybe Arkansas will now be to AU as UT is to UA.
